At VarietyVendz, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and deliver your products safely and securely across the United Kingdom.

1) Where we ship

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

2) Dispatch times

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.
If there is any unexpected delay (e.g., stock checks or courier disruption), we’ll contact you by email.

3) Delivery service & delivery times

We use trusted courier services (such as DPD UK) depending on your location and the delivery option selected at checkout.
Typical delivery aim:
  • Standard delivery: usually 1–3 working days after dispatch
  • Next-day services (if available at checkout): usually the next working day after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by external factors.

4) Delivery costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. The total shipping price depends on:
  • Your delivery address
  • Parcel size/weight
  • Delivery speed selected

5) Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation (and tracking details where available). Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

6) Someone must be available to receive the parcel

Because we sell alcoholic beverages, delivery may require:
  • A recipient to be present, and/or
  • Age verification where the courier applies checks
If delivery is attempted and nobody is available, the courier may:
  • Re-attempt delivery, or
  • Hold the parcel at a local depot/collection point (depending on the courier rules)

7) Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please double-check your address at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
  • an incorrect/incomplete address, or
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts,
You may need to cover re-delivery costs (or we can refund the order, excluding delivery costs, where applicable).

8) Damaged parcels / missing items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the contact details in section 10 and include:
  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the outer packaging
  • A clear photo of the issue/damage
  • If relevant, a photo showing the batch/label on the product

9) Lost parcels

If your tracking shows the parcel is lost, or delivery has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, contact us using the details in section 10 so we can investigate with the courier.
