Because we sell alcoholic beverages, we can’t accept returns once an order has been delivered, unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. This helps protect customer safety and product integrity.

1) When will we offer a refund or replacement

We will offer a refund or replacement if:
  • Your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken bottle, leaking, crushed packaging)
  • You received the wrong item.
  • An item is missing from your order.
  • The product is faulty

2) What to do if there’s a problem

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@VarietyVendz.co.uk with:
  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the outer packaging
  • A clear photo of the damage/issue
  • If relevant, a photo showing the batch/label on the product
We’ll review your request quickly and confirm the next steps.

3) Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Orders delivered correctly and in good condition
  • Delivery delays outside our control once your parcel has been dispatched
  • Any issue reported after 48 hours (unless required by law)

4) Refund timing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days (depending on your bank/payment provider).

5) Deliveries & risk

Ownership and responsibility for the order transfer at delivery. If you believe your parcel has been lost or damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.

6) Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
